Advised by 3E, ORSYS the N°1 French vocational training company in Information Technologies, has been sold to a NEWCO in which a fund managed by EPF PARTNERS / NATEXIS BANK, has invested via an OBO operation. The founder and his family received significant cash out while keeping the shareholding and the management control of the company and some managers became shareholders.
