Our history
1985 – 3E started its activity by consulting assignments in the development of companies in the electronics sector and sell-side mandates for industrial or trade companies.
1991 – Launching of an educational seminar for individual buyers in partnership with the following organisations: CRA (Club for individual buyers – 2 000 members), LEROY CONSUTANTS / CEGOS then BPI (Outplacement consultants), MEDEF and CJD (French CEO Organisations).
1992 – Introduction of a new service: acquisitions advisory for companies in financial trouble or in bankruptcy.
1994 – 3E gradually advises companies in the consultancy and services sectors.
1995 – Participation in M&A training sessions for business schools students (HEC Entrepreneurs and EDC Business School), first as a jury member and then as a lecturer.
2003 – Development of LBO transactions with Investment Funds.
2006 – 3E joins the CNCIF, a financial advisors authorized association by the AMF, the French Regulation Authority of the Financial Markets.
2008 – Office move in more spacious premises.
2012 – Training and integration of a new consultant specialized in Media, Internet.
2015 – 3E celebrates its 30th anniversary and for this occasion reworks its website.
2018 – Focus on Strategy advisory.
