3E has advised the MARTEK group (SEFELEC and SCIE) for the acquisition of the business assets and assets of ADGE Electronic, an electronic supply and inverters manufacturer, that was then in compulsory liquidation, which enabled to strongly increase its turnover and become the independent national leader in power supply manufacturing.
