Details of the transaction
ORSYS, the French leader of Vocational Training in Digital Technologies, Management and Business administration, whose first LBO was in June 2005, and second one in March 2011 has been again advised by 3E which organised the entry of an investment fund CAPZANINE via a LMBO operation. CAPZANINE, invested in equity and private debt, has acquired a minority stake (37%) next to the founder’s Levy-Willard family (53%) and management and employees (10%) thanks to the creation of a NEWCO. A Senior debt has been raised from a banking pool of five banks.
